Hello, I’m Christine!
I am a physical therapist with over 8 years of experience working with older adults. I was trained mainly in acute care, and have worked in outpatient care, skilled nursing rehab, and now in home health. I love to help people meet their goals.
I would like to help YOU with your overall health literacy and overall wellness. I particularly enjoy working with people 60 years old+ because it is never too late to start to improve your health and learn more about the amazing body you have and even ways to manage any chronic conditions you may be dealing with.
When I am not working or blogging I am spending time with my husband, son, and cats. I also enjoy reading and craft projects.
