About Me

Hi, I’m Christine and I am a physical therapist that loves working with older adults to improve their health.

I would like to help YOU with your overall health literacy and overall wellness. I particularly enjoy working with people 60 years old+ because it is never too late to start to improve your health and learn more about the amazing body you have and even ways to manage any chronic conditions you may be dealing with.

With a physical therapist license and over 6 years of professional experience assisting older adults through rehabilitation treatment I have worked with older adults on all ends of the ability spectrum. I enjoy getting to know people and helping them meet their goals, big or small. When people that I work with are excited to share their achievements with me, or that moment they do an activity they couldn’t do before because of pain, strength, endurance, those are the moments that are most exciting for me in my field.

  1. I’m a born and raised Oregonian
